Shipping & Returns

Free shipping offer valid at the site. Offer valid only on standard ground shipping to the contiguous United States. Not valid on prior purchases, purchases at retail stores, international shipments, shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, or expedited shipping. Cannot be combined with any other coupon or discount. Important: Certain locations may require additional time in transit depending upon your delivery schedule.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are packed only on regular business days (Monday through Friday), with the exception of the following holidays:
Memorial Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas Day
Independence Day
Day after Thanksgiving
New Year's Eve
Labor Day
Christmas Eve
New Year's Day
Please note that orders placed between 10 a.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday EST will not be processed until Monday morning. Orders are delivered by the carrier Tuesday through Saturday for standard ground and Monday through Friday for two-day and overnight.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
The site ships to military post offices, using USPS only. Expedited shipping is not available for military post office addresses. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.

NOTES

Please return item(s) in the original box. You will not be charged for the cost of shipping if you use the label provided.

The online return process will require a printer, as you are provided a PDF to download that includes a shipping label and return document. If you do not have access to a printer, please use the form and shipping label provided in the original package.
Please keep a copy of return/exchange documentation for tracking purposes.

You will be refunded for the amount of the items purchased. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm a successful return. A credit should appear on your credit card, or original method of payment, within two billing cycles.

DEFECTS

If you suspect a defect, the merchandise must be returned for inspection and a determination of eligibility for a refund, exchange or merchandise credit. Please contact us by email for further instruction on returning defective merchandise.
